The theme of the breakdown of a typical single-family Brussels home in apartments was confronted here with a view to respecting and valuing spaces and the existing architectural and decorative elements.
The building was divided into 3 duplex with private indoor stairs.
The existing staircase serves the various entities and the floor (or levels ) of common service.
